Yes, it does and should take a long time for the radiator fan to be turned on and normally high speed will never be needed. Very high temps and high load operation at lower speeds mat call for it.

OK, after cleaning the contacts, the low speed fan is coming on when I let get hot enough. Since replacing the radiator, coolant pipes, water pumpt, etc it takes a LONG time to get the needle to pass the LED enough for the fan to come on.

I will investigate the fuses. Where can I apply 12V to test the fan motor?

The high speed fan uses a relay on the fuse box. Don’t remember the fuse number. Check fuse 1 also. Can also be a bad fan motor.

OK, I’m getting low speed fan when I jumper the end and middle, jumping the 2 ends does not turn on the high speed fan. The fuse is OK. Next step?
