I'd always thought that the adjuster wheel had to be turned a different direction for each side. Not true. Turning the adjuster wheel down, i.e. levering brake tool blade down, pushes shoes closer to drum. Same for each side of vehicle. Think "down and out" ? Personally, I envision the lever location and how it works to adjust shoes out toward drum then go from there. Neil.
