These are great to have. When you turn them on they sweep at about six seconds, same as the ones with 19 painted on them. But if you turn them off and then back on when you're ready for another sweep they remember that interval until next time you turn them off (as long as it's less than about fifteen seconds. In theory they go to 25 or 30 seconds, but the two I've had don't and there's no obvious timing capacitor to replace either, at least on the one I have now). Anyway, setting them quickly becomes second nature, as does counting out the fifteen seconds if you want a long delay.
