What little I know of body work, I agree with Jim. I guess the dented area has access behind it but is tough to get at? personally, assuming body damage hasn't affected how headlight bucket mounts and how well they can be aimed.... maybe the existing bucket is ok? Head light adjusters can be had new for not much and there are threads discussing alternatives to those adjusters. Make a grill out of galvanized steel mesh? Paint it black with all that left over black paint you must have on hand? It'll make your bus look tuff. ;)
