Hard to say with mine, I would expect a reduction in fuel mileage as the van height increases and the air dam is removed. I am running a stock airdam, bumpers & body cladding, but changed the springs from carat to stock height. I get about 22mpg on average during a trip. 17 -18 for combined in town driving. Probably pretty subtle changes I would expect. Van is very stable in wind but probably more to do with proper tires, shocks & bushings.
