There is some sort of glitch or error in the tire description regarding specifications. The load index is shown as 93, very low for a Vanagon. The tire size is listed as 195/70R14 C, and it is described as a light truck tire. There is also a statement that it is "6-ply rated," something that the "C" designation corresponds to.

Like I said, inconsistencies in the load capacity information. The 93 is inadequate, but the C rating indicates it is adequate.

BTW, the 70 profile in this tire size is low. The tire will be too small. 195R14 is ok, as is 185R14. If you want the 70 profile specifically, it should be on a 205/70R14 tire, as designated on the door placard. 195R14 profile is about 83.

But, what do I know? Experts on here certainly know more.
