Update -final
Stewart was of coarse correct that the large water fill tube was screwed on to the poly water tank.
I removed the large original VW clamp, continued to screw the pipe in. Yes It was out a bit
Reinstalled VW clamp but still leaked
Removed VW clamp and noticed it was no longer circled in shape.
Added two new NAPA hose clamps. That helped a bit still small leak.
Removed everything again and added 4 wraps of Teflon tape to the poly tank threads.
Finally no leak. Let is set for 24 hrs.
Nice and dry this morning.
I now have a cleaned onboard water reservoir and one that doesn't leak!
I'm on a roll now!
Now to replace
+the old AFM with the new GOWESTY rebuilt unit.
+The front heater valve which is now stuck on
+Hall sensor wiring plug
+Fuel tank hoses on top of tank and install a new fuel sending unit
I'm ready to start vacation again in a few weeks Possibly, maybe, could happen. Right!
Thanks for all the help in cleaning the system out and how to proceed .
