the seats are Chrysler Stow-n-Go seats that come on chrysler minivans.. you
 can find them at your local auto wrecker and on ebay.

a friend of mine just picked up a pair of these from a local salvage yard
for $50 each from a wrecked chrysler town and country minivan


the seats are not power and they dont have airbags so the salvage yard
sells them cheap
