Just a few questions:


1. She's been sitting a while and just started her up and her belts were squealing something fierce, for about a few  minutes until the engine warmed up a little. I never experienced that before. Anything to worry about?


2. Going to North East Washington State and then into Canada, along hwy 3, then down to Glacier park, Montana. Any heads up about the areas, terrain? Things to keep an eye on on the vanagon?


3. I see all these people keeping blogs of their journey. Is it worth doing? Does anyone really read these?
