I did that there is room for my Westy bag full it has a hinged frame so it tips open towards the front have a short power cable run it so it is always charging the solar panel also slides out of the frame so when we are parked in the shade can place it in the sun Put another utility box like for the water and ac power on the out side behind the driver’s door to plug in a 25 ft cable to run to the solar panel in the sun
With that being said have not actually used it my van has been the body shop now for 7 months having all the little dents and a couple of small rust spots removed an a total new paint job My mistake was to pay a friend who owns the body shop in advance he was having some $ trouble so now my job keeps slipping to the back of the line the body work in 90 % done still needs painting Hoping to get him on it soon my big mistake missed the winter camping and wild flower season we never to out until school is in session and most folks are home
