Talking of which: I’m getting ready to equip a tintop Vanagon for a long road trip next year - the idea is to go from Chicago to the far end of the Dempster Highway in the NorthWest Territories. I’m not planning to build any cabinets or anything like that, but we’ll be taking a cooking stove, either Coleman gasoline or propane. If propane, I’d rather take an 11 pound tank than the standard, bulky 20 pound model that everyone sells. Does anyone know how hard/easy it is to get a tank refilled in the far North?
