Neil,

Yes, I got a spark and a current draw.

However, when I tested the solenoid on the bench, I did not hear it engage the lever and the armature did not move. Even if the armature isn’t supported in the bushing, I would expect to still hear/see the engagement when the solenoid is triggered? However, it is possible my bench battery was too week.

I’ll clean it up tomorrow and re-install it in the housing and test again.
