There are individuals that will do nearly this much with their Vanagons (like list member Peter Kraiker), but it's unlikely that a business will do much more than GoWesty does, which is quite a bit.

It's interesting that the reason he did this was to have a bigger vehicle to go camping, and many here find the much larger Vanagon too small!
