Front turns/signal parking light bulbs have 2 filaments. If the rears are working then the fuses and switch is good. Check the sockets for good connections and condition along with the bulbs. There are three wires. The center is the ground. The other two are for the taillight/running light power. Positon is important. The turn signal is a 21 watt filament and the running light is a 5 watt filament. For the license plate lights check the sockets and wire connections. Dennis

He installed new (van-cafe) neutral start switch, back-up lights work, vsn starts correctly with auto shift lever in park or neutral. Front parking lights don't work, but front directional signals do. Real taillights/directionals work fine. Any clues on what may be happening? Also, how to deal with intermittent licence plate lights? John |
