For the clip nuts McMaster Carr has what you need.

For the fan shroud you can try my total fan solution. Eliminates the shroud completely and so far seems to be offering superior cooling including to my surprise reducing the hot foot. I also have a resistor solution to maintain the two speed fan operation in those earlier or non ac vans.

I am desperate need of a good used radiator fan shroud for an 84-85 Vanagon. I also need the four clips that hold the nuts to the frame at the bottom of the radiator mounting points. Let me know if you have either of those available or know where I can get them.
