If its not really really bad rust on the outside of the metal PS pipes.. I would sand and treat them.... like clean, then osphro, then primer, then a really good top paint like Zero Rust ( or POR ) I believe the common replacement option is the full hoses deal. either than or good used lines from a van that always lived in a very dry climate. I've done that a few times. gas tank has to be out to replace them ( 2WD ) .
