I paint the roof of my red Carat white... it reduces the heat
considerably...

I also put a reflective shield on the driver side (it's a tintop)

as for tint film in Cali, limo tint (very very dark) is a no no for driver
and passenger windows - for practical/safety purpose I won't limo tint the
rear window either..
