Replace the switch (both parts) in the shift console: http://www.gowesty.com/product-details.php?v=&id=21754 and http://www.gowesty.com/product-details.php?v=&id=21767 They are all worn out.

Also add some LED "PRNDL" illumination while you are there: http://www.gowesty.com/product-details.php?v=&id=23493 The blue lights work well for me.

The engine starts really easy with shifter in neutral. But is harder to start in PARK mode. Any ideas as to why?

Thanks,

John
