No. Stranded copper wiring is used for this type of wiring for flexibility, but the copper becomes less ductile after repeated flexing and will break. This takes several thousand flexings though!

Folks:  Is there such a thing as a type of wiring that will not fail (will
remain ductile) over time as the wire is repeatedly bent?  I'd like to
replace the sections of wire in the door wiring harnesses where they route
through the door hinge area and would like to do so with wire that'll last
longer than the van.  (no comments about my van only lasting a few more
days please).
