On page 35.60 of Bentley, its says the capacity is 3.2 quarts or 9/16" below the filler hole.

I bent a coat hanger wire in an "L" shape and put it in the filler hole. Then it's easy to measure to the fluid sticking to the wire. You might want to bend a ring in the other end larger than the filler hole to prevent dropping it into the transmission.
