Dear not at fault

1. Post your story to face book and Twitter - Hashtag or what ever it is people do to draw attention to State Farm - emphasis on the title of the story that Allstate is avoiding their fiduciary responsibility -

2. Call your local tv station that has a on your side department - show them how State Farm is attempting to abdicate

3. If you are a linked premium member - look up the president of customer retention at state farm - write them a note and ask them is this really how they attract and retain customers

4. Before doing any of these things visit your lawyer and have them sue the driver and wife personally - the company if a company owns the vehicle - find out if the driver of bad vehicle was supposed to be at work at the time - or maybe driving him or wife to work and include his company or wife's company I suit - and then include the State Farm office and the person who called you and told you no --- when serving the papers on bad driver and passenger - also include that they are bearing false witness to the insurance company - that is a crime actually nearly everywhere -

My bet is the day after you serve them papers State Farm will make good - especially if your lawyer is mr big from big bigger and best - you know who to call where ever you are
