Subject: Tool question: Torx bit set (best value)
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8

Vananaughts:

I just twisted off another Torx bit this evening - a fairly complete, but cheap set I bought on-line (Capri).

I’m looking for a good quality, fairly complete set of Torx bits and {used less frequently} external Torx sockets.

Stahlwille and Snap-on are too costly for my budget. Craftsman once had a 30(ish) set, but now only appear to sell sets of 4 - 7 bits.

Any other quality recommendations … keeping in-mind I am metaphorically north of the 49th (though literally I am south of it).

While my Vanagon has only a few, VW seems to have had a Torx love-in on the LT (not to mention my Jetta).

Roy
