RV antifreeze is probably cheaper than vodka, but don't drink the leftovers. Any parts store will have it. If you have the OEM Delta Six faucet, you need to get antifreeze into it or it will freeze and break. There shouldn't be any water in the trap, or at least not enough to break it when frozen.

Tie a ribbon on the faucet to remind yourself to drain and flush the system in the spring.

Hi folks,

It is expected to be below freezing in the north east tonight. I have drained my water tank, drain the hoses, and also drain the plastic thing that connects the city and tank water. I have also try to get water out of the trap in the sink.

I have had failures two springs now. first the sink trap and then the plastic connector for city and on board water. I hope I’m free of surprises this spring.

Any tips on winterizing the water system?
