You have an "interesting" job ahead of you. By pulling the door panel off, you will be able to get in there and push it up by hand and support it temporarily with a wood prop or duct tape. The Bentley has some info about removing the motor and regulator from the door, but it is still a challenge. Once you get it out you can perhaps devise a fix.
