thanks for the suggestions...

- one year old coil with ground cleaning beneath it

- yes I hear and constant fuel pump faint buzz when I turn the ignition ON

- unplugging the IAC valve doesn't change anything

- I didn't check the fuel pressure at the fuel pressure regulator assuming it's good, it has only 8K miles on it.

I suspect the following:

- clogged fuel filter (it has 5K miles on the US and 3K miles in Baja) - week fuel pump (it has 8K miles) - defective ignition switch - defective Temp2 sensor (but it runs good, not rich, good gas mileage, the engine behavior's completely normal once it started)

I will do the following (as in throwing parts in the dark!)

- replace fuel filter - swap the old fuel pump back (the old one I use as backup part) - replace Temp2 sensor - swap the fuel relay borrowed from a another van - adjusting the AFM to enrich it a bit (the screw that use #5 allen key)
