Hi Dan,

Before you start throwing new parts at the problem I suggest you attach a
fuel pressure gauge and verify that the system maintains residual pressure
overnight. If there is no pressure when you start it in the morning then
that could explain why you need to crank it for a bit before it will fire
up.
