I was initially curious if engine compression was ok engine cold after it sat overnight. I assume you've checked that in spite of new heads etc?

It's easy to make a fuel pump relay bypass jumper wire as shown in Bentley manual. Engine cold after it sat overnight, turn on fuel pump using jumper wire, listen to see if fuel is circulating through hoses in engine bay, try starting engine.
