Ignition pigtail? Not sure what that is (german...).

However, if battery fine, you should jump the starter motor, from big B+
wire to small wire (yes, red/black), at the starter itself.

The glow plugs can be bridged inside the black box in the engine
compartment´s front.
The big metal fuse across the relay base is the one feeding the plugs.
So Starter B+ to one of the fuse´s ends will power the glow plugs
