Have you eliminated the other possible suspects … battery, poor ground / lack of current at the starter?

This is the time of year up here in Canada when you learn the true age of your battery - I just replaced the one in the LT a week ago.

It has been doing fine until now. When I frist start it in the morning, it turns the engine over for a few seconds then the starter stops and I have to let off on the key and bump the starter with the key in start. In a few attempts, it will start the enginge just fine and until the next morning, it does fine starting. > > > Sure could use some help and ideas here. > > > The cooler weather seems to make it do this more often in the morinings. > > > > > Thanks
