Heh. For sure. Ok. Was thinking the mechanic had a Bentley manual. Looking at my Bentley..... Teves have a cross shaped pad retaining plate. Girling has a more square looking plate and the retaining pins have pin clips. And IIRC, the Girling caliper has a "G" on one face. Hope that helps! Neil.
