I swapped out my ignition coil with a known good one with no real change in starting behavior.
With my fuel pressure gauge installed and my remote starter switch, I observed the following:
Key ON, fuel pressure is 36 psi.
Engine running at idle, fuel pressure is 32.5 psi.
Engine running at 2500 RPM, fuel pressure is 28 psi.
I'm wondering if 36 psi with the Key ON is too high and making the mixture too rich?

Did you check the coil when it's hot? That's when they start to fail.

Here's an update on my 2.1 WBX warm start troubles.Per Dennis Haynes
suggestions, I checked the ground connection of the Temp 2 Sensor. It reads
a steady .5 Ohms. Also per Dennis, I inspected my ignition system components.
Spark plugs show a nice tan color with no fouling. Cap and Rotor and Spark
Plug Wires are less than a year old and look perfect. Both sides of the
Ignition Coil read greater than 4K Ohms.Per Stuarts suggestion, I double
checked my new Fuel Injectors. They hold pressure for 10 minutes and there's
absolutely no evidence of dribbling gas when I stop cranking the engine
over.What am I missing?Mike M

If pressure isn't held for 10 min you have an injector fuel leak, which is
proven by clamping them off. It must be one or more of the new injectors
that's at fault. Pull them one at a time and check for spray pattern (per
Bentley) and then for leaks by waiting 10 min between tests. That fuel is
going somewhere, and I sure sounds like it's going into the cylinders.

I apologize for the above format.
It looked proper when I sent it.
It was much more readable on my end.
