36 psi is 2.5 bars above manifold pressure, which is just right.

32.5 is 3.5 psi less which corresponds to manifold vacuum about seven inches, very low for idle. Vacuum leak?

28 psi is 8 psi less corresponding to vacuum about 16 inches.
