On a Vanagon, the only place where Powerflex offers an option is at the radius rod location. You have a yellow version (slightly softer) and a purple version (slightly harder). The purple version is appropriate for stock height or lowered 2wds and the yellow version is appropriate for lifted 2wds and all Syncros. The difference in ride quality is pretty minor and hard to detect unless you compare them back to back on the same van.

Powerflex has 2 types and they are color coded, could you be specific on which color ? Sean G
