        By Outer TieRod are You referring to the TieRod End ~ We only have

TieRods & TieRod Ends not Inner & Outer TieRods ~ If the TieRod End got 


bent I'd be amazed if the TieRod is Still Straight, Especially in the Threaded

Area ~

        May want to take a GoodLook @ the SteeringRack Bolts for Straightness

But since they have Thick Rubber Bushings they are probably OK ~
