I dealt with NSH by removing the two left FI connectors, then doing the mad dash from the front to the back to reattach the connectors before engine stalling. I got pretty good at it, even doing it at a stoplight in traffic. IMHO, NSH was presenting as a flood situation.

I checked the T2 sensor (per Bentley), confirmed grounds, etc., which, as we know, is the immediate recommendation. These potential root causes all checked out OK; still NSH.

I am no longer a NSH sufferer. I'm also a practitioner of replacing 32 year old ('84, Digijet) engine components, not all at once, but over time, to understand how each new/rebuilt component impacts run-ability.

IMHO, my new wiring harness did the most to increase my confidence in no NSH. IMHO, first, improved connection between ECU and harness and second, improved grounding, and third, improved flow of electrons to all components. In addition to replacing WH and other sensors, I also replaced Hall Sensor, AFM, Coil, and installed $0.10 (Vanistan)'s VSM.

Bottom line, lots of words, but still no definitive root cause(s), just some shade tree opinions.
