Thanks, that's sort of what I thought.

Now, It seems that Les Schwabb sold me the wrong size chains.  I told them
the tire size (I actually had just bought the tires on the vehicle from
them) was 195R14C.  Two different persons there insisted the chains they
sold me were correct.  The label on the carrying bag has a lot of sizes
listed, but NOT 195R14.  I can't fit them to the tire.  The nearest size to
195R14 that I see listed on the label is 195/75R14.  I would think a
195/80R14 or a 205/75R14 (if those sizes exist) would fit.  Perhaps a
205/65R15?  But none of those sizes is listed on the label either.

If I can't get a chain labeled for 195R14, then what size should I get?  I
am going back to Les Schwabb tomorrow, and take them up on their promise to
teach me to install these "Quick-Fit" chains (actually the brand is
"Diamond Back" and is from Quality Chain Corporation in Oregon) if I can't
make them work.

For what it's worth, I have been able to install chains on vehicles before,
but I think these are too small for the tire.
