dear chains
looks like someone from les schwab is going to be having a training moment
aside from the - "ok go fit the tire to chains to the tire" episode from
the supervisor - i hope they handle it well -- this could be the catalyst
that energizes them into being amazing --
i have a friend who often says to the business after an episode like this -
"so how much are you going to pay me?"
the business' worker looks at him incredulously - asking what is he on
about --
my friend then goes on to say - i just gave you an invaluable training
moment that will likely go on to be the example looked at by the whole
company ....
alas the problem is that - unless this Les Schwab "helper" is unusual he
will likely get huffy when the boss tries to point out to him the teachings
from this moment --
these things are all on the training videos - should be part of orientation
--
happy driving and i hope you never have to unpackage your chains
oh oh -- one last thing -- get your self about a dozen chain links to do
quick repairs -- you can order on line but i suggest a trip to an
industrial tool shop like Grainger to get the right fit (just paste this
link in browser)
https://www.grainger.com/search?searchQuery=thread-locking%20quick%20links&&searchBar=true&suggestConfigId=7&ts_optout=true
