Subject:      fog lights won't turn off

Here's a weird one... After arriving home last night my fog lights would
not turn off. I have them wired such that they're not switched through the
ignition so the switch is the only way to turn them off. It was late, dark,
and rainy so I just disconnected the battery. Haven't had the time to
troubleshoot yet but seems like it must be a stuck relay.
