I hesitate to comment on the list due to this problem, but I'm not sure what's causing it. I am simply using outlook...no word processors, no other funky stuff like that. Just straight up Outlook.

Can someone explain to me how to change my email address to see if that helps?

And I apologize for this issue. It was brought to my attention a while back and I stopped posting, but just recently I made a post and forgot about the issue. Anyway, sorry for the hassle.

being a graphic designer I've seen this incident a few times (not many) in the past... me too it seems to me that Chris used a a word processor to write his message and then copy in paste in the body of his email..."random characters blocking" had cause havoc on some printers too...
