I needed to see, while off the grid, and all my old headlamps were duct
taped with flaccid head-straps...so I got a pair ( a two-pack) of nice
ones, rechargeable using (supplied) UBC plugs.   "TuTu", I think about $18
for the two.  These happen to have the same plugs as my
smartphone(droid).   The plug end seems to be a fairly common one...
Anyhow, no more futzing around with batteries and trying to not break, then
tape together after I DO break, the cheesy ones with 3 AAA batteries. Has a
gesture-control feature to turn off and on without hands.... not sure if
that's done well, seems a bit too sensitive, but they also work with a
normal switch... Like
