Hey Jimmy, that sounds very similar to when my pilot bearing went out. Thought it was very unexpected. No grease behind the felt washer and it just disintegrated. You can at least rule out cylinders by seeing if there is movement at the slave with the help of a friend. I ended up doing a clutch job and a few odds and ends to get it back up to speed.
