Several reasons I'm still on this list,

It comes to my email, so I have it on record to search when my father or I have issues.  If I don't find it in my email, I can check Gerry's and if not found there, ask.
Very little BS and a lot of support.  Good info as to what are the best brand of a type of part.

I have the emails come to my yahoo account setup just for the different yahoo groups, not my general account.  That way I only receive them on a system that I've added that account to and I use outlook along with rules to put each one in their own outlook folder.
