Should I run the motor to heat up everything first, or cold? Which is less likely to break the studs? the motor is an inline vw ( ABA) with dual downpipe manifold. I'm "remote" and I can see and hear some exhaust coming past the gasket on the manifold... I'm not keen on breaking any more of the fasteners...some have broken before. Thanks
