Subject:      Need help testing an early Vanagon shift lever

We just got a brand new aftermarket shift lever for an 80-83.5 Vanagon (Air Cooled, or Diesel). I need a person who would be willing to install it on their van, and then take pictures and give me feedback on how well it installs and if there is anything about it that needs to be adjusted or made better. It is the double ball shift lever that goes on the side of the transmission. Please let me know if you are willing to help out with this project. It will be great to have these available for everyone soon so the sooner we can get this testing done, the sooner these will be back in stock. They have been discontinued and out of stock world wide for about a year now. Here is a link to it on my site in case you need to see a picture:
