Having a gravel driveway, I've become adept at finding dropped fasteners :-) I have a largish magnet on a stick that works quite well getting the metal out of the gravel.
And a couple of magnets on telescoping wands that get bits dropped on the engine. The finger magnet "glove" is going to be great holding a nut in position.

I have a white Westfalia so I’m looking forward to having the option to make it colorful on demand and keep it simple other times. I’m really looking forward to the first group camp out and having people arrive with my usual conservative van covered in wild flowers. As the magnets are easily moved around I can change the scene as needed. My van is like a blank slate so Other themes would be great. I think my van would make a great aquarium with colorful magnetic fish.
