Subject: Missing bolt!

Volks, I have a missing bolt. Need a replacement. Would rather have stainless, but will take what I can get at this point. NOBODY in the good city of Birmingham seen to have this.

The bolt of which I speak helps hold the AC Compressor in place.

When standing in the rear of the van facing forward, engine hatch open, looking down on the AC COMPRESSOR, there is an ear on right side of the compressor case at the rear of the case. This ear has a hole thru which a socketed cap screw fits. This screw of course is threaded and appears to screw into another hole on a fitment to the engine. The screw is, I THINK, a 10 mm. And a length around 20/30 mm. I'm guessing here in size and length. It has no shoulder but is threaded its full length. Should have a lock washer under the head.

Can anyone source this for me? I've hunted high and low for this but cannot find even one in BIRMINGHAM. Even went to Fastenal, notedfor their stainless hardware and they didn't have it in stainless or staight steel.

Would appreciate the help.

John
