Ok, saw the pics. To be honest those were the type of led bulbs that I rejected. My reasoning, and I'm spitballing here so take it for what it's worth, is that those led units do not mimic the filament position of the halogen bulbs. I think they won't produce as sharp and defined beam pattern as the ones I chose. I may be wrong, but that was my reasoning. My concern is the low beam cut off that the e code lamps are designed to produce.
They will be bright but I'm going to predict they will be more glaring on low beam than the ones I bought.
But let's see, right? It's pouring down rain tonight here, I didn't do the "lights on the wall comparing halogen and led test" . But let's both get that done sooner rather than later and we can compare, ok?
Cheers
Alistair

Also there is a box where electronics lives that reminds me of the HID bulbs they we were experimenting with a little while ago. I wanted to install these today and do the video but it is raining here and my shop is tied up at the moment. Maybe if I can get the bus I am working on out of the shop or have a decent weather day, I can install them on a customer's van that is here right now and do the video. I have some pictures from my friend that I supplied them to for testing purposes and he loves them and they do give off more light and a nice white light that doesn't look weird (HIDs I am thinking of you).
