Sure enough- I was able to finally put the mini camera to good use- the kind on the end of a foot long flexible arm...verified that most were good- found one not so good and fixed it- After that I've adjusted them- but per John's advice I'm going to go over them again depressing the lifter instead of just trusting that it's where it needs to be- marked improvement just from a "turn the pulley" perspective...
