Jim Felder and I opened the heater housing to get at the faulty motor in my van. When he put it back together, the tabs were drilled, then small zip-ties were used to tightened the two halves together. Easy-peasey. Now, in the future, there will be no more messing wilth glued joints and clips. Just snip-snip of the zip ties and apart it comes. Use new tid to put it together again!

If you don't have the clips, drilling the tabs and using small cable ties does a pretty fine job.
