Those {mercedes} 2.8L 4-cyl diesels in the LTs ranged from ~90 to 116kW (122 to 156 bhp) and over 300N-m of torque … the big one can be hard on the LT’s gearbox … I'd be afraid it would eat the tranny in a T3.
